a) Delivery Coverage
We deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Delivery availability depends on your PIN code and local courier network.
b) Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

During festivals or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
c) Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Same-Day Delivery: Available only for select locations in Kolkata (subject to availability).
d) Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹499 (may vary during promotional periods).

Orders below ₹499 may incur a nominal shipping charge, shown at checkout.
e) Packaging & Safety
All plants are packed with protective cushioning and moisture-retaining materials to ensure safe arrival.
However, since live plants are natural products, minor leaf bends or soil displacement during transit is normal.
🔁 2. Return & Replacement Policy
We take great care to ensure your plants reach you in healthy condition.
However, due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are accepted only under specific conditions described below.
a) Eligible Returns
You may request a replacement or refund if:

You receive a wrong product.

The plant is severely damaged or dead on arrival.

The pot or packaging is broken beyond use.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
b) Non-Returnable Items

Plants that have been repotted, trimmed, or altered after delivery.

Minor variations in color, height, or shape (as plants are living organisms).

Any delay caused by courier beyond our control.
c) How to Request a Return or Replacement

Email us at support@growwfarming.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include your Order ID, photos/videos of the damaged item, and a short description.

Our support team will review your case within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued as per eligibility.
d) Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

In case of replacement, a new shipment will be arranged within 2–4 working days.
⚙️ 3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation or refund will not be possible unless it meets the return criteria above.
📦 4. Damages During Transit
If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please inform us immediately with clear photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and send a replacement or refund accordingly.
